The smell of burnt rubber and exhaust fumes, mixed with the natural woodland air really grows on you.

Taking place in October 2024 professional drift teams traveled to Jackson County in Kentucky to drift the narrow streets of the Appalachian Mountains.

A group of friends and I were hired by Drift Appalachia to capture the action as one of their multiple media teams.

I had a great experience working with the drift teams and other filmmakers. When I got home from the trip, I couldn’t wait to edit together something with the things I captured.
